Consulting Management resource improvement

As part of the project, a portal and a mobile application ensuring the maintenance of a patient’s unified electronic medical record have been developed 

The system provides an up-to-date database of all medical institutions in the country, also a database of medications which are in circulation in the country

Speed and quality of medical services were improved:

• The labor intensity of the processes  including admission, treatment and monitoring of patients’ condition was optimized
• The time for planning doctors’ work and searching for information about patients was reduced by 2 times
• The risk of losing patients’ personal data was reduced 

The BACCA’s team successfully completed the following tasks as part of the project:

• made an audit and prepared a detailed report on its results
• prepared a basic description of the system and its functionality: business requirements, description of existing functions, design layouts, architecture, infrastructure diagram and administrator's manual
• refactored the code
• made load and functional testing
• fixed identified bugs
• carried out work on putting the system into operation

Client’s team was strengthened with testing specialists and a technical manager

Team successfully completed the following as part of the project:

• developed flowcharts for each system module operation
• developed user’s testing cases in checklist form to track positive and negative scenarios
• all modules of the Desktop and Mobile versions were tested, providing description on each criteria for the identified bugs

As a final stage, regression testing of the system was completed demonstrating profound results and allowing the system into operation

• 76 million users
• It receives awards at industry events every year
• It includes into the Top-10 critical services of the bank
• A mob app, web interfaces for the user and system administrators were developed as part of the project
• A 24/4 technical support line was arranged
• The server part was implement by using microservice architecture
• More than 700 people as part of the Executor and the Client joint team work on product development

An audit of the company’s existing automation was made as part of the project. This included a description of the identified problems and besides the development of a heat map of business processes with the level of their automation

Also, as part of the project, the BACCA team developed three strategies for the digital transformation of the Company and completed a project to implement the chosen strategy

IT consulting services regarding product management and development were provided

An effective analysis of the work performed by contracting companies was carried out as part of the project

The result of the project was a report about a developed audit, which included:

• the analysis and conclusions about functionality implemented by contracting companies, its compliance with the stated requirements, estimate of the performed work cost
• the analysis and conclusions about identified technical problems at the level of code and solution architecture
• a general conclusion and recommendations

As part of the project, following tasks were completed for a network of television studios in which MTV, CBS, BBC, TRT World, S4C, Netflix and Facebook and other large international companies broadcasting 24x7:

• modern IT infrastructure was organized
• software for managing and booking television studios were developed and implemented

Studio occupancy increased by 20% due to planning and forecasting of their availability, as a result of the project

As part of the project, a complex system was developed for planning, monitoring, and controlling status of goods accepted in 20 X5 Group distribution centers. 

The system consists of a user’s interface and a server part that aggregates data from more than ten Client’s Databases.

Results:

• Transportation cost was reduced while variety of goods was expanded
• Labor cost for preparing accompanying documentation was reduced
• Capacity of document flow inside the X5
• Retail Group company was reduced
• Sales capacity was significantly increased, partially due to wholesale trade
